DYING HOPE

Even when the world's focus is on Brazil's tournament for fun in one accord, struggling to catching every magical event playing out at the World Cup, some miscreants in human flesh; the brutal Al-queda network all over the world, the heartless BokoHaram and their political cohorts in my fathers land-Nigeria. All with one brutal objective; to continue inflicting pains on humans simply because of religious, regional and political differences. There's no compulsion in religion nor ideology.

My personal opinion in this blog page has little or no impact about these devilish events, but one thing is certain, I've spoken out, a call to reflect upon. Evil and crisis prevails not only because of the activities of few misguided lunatics, but because the right people turned a deaf ear and a blind eye to the whole situation. Regardless, the creator of the universe; the Almighty God!His judgement must surely come to pass, every soul that plants the seed of discord, confusion, pain, and harm deliberately on any precious soul and chooses not to repent awaits the consuming anger of the almighty God! Be careful what you support, what you twist, Evil is evil there's no justification to harm a soul, I believe in God and his punishment can extends to generations.

BIOLOGICAL MILES AND THE MOTHERLAND EXPERIENCE

So many has happened within a very short period. I couldn't believe how fast I have accumulated many biological mileage. I have grown many teeth, walk, run, enrolled in preschool and now learning to speak and do some sign languages. Aside personal developments, I have had my first international flight experience to my motherland earlier this year at mere 7months to attend my grand dad's funeral. Although, that wasn't how I imagined my first visit to motherland, but fate made it so. The planning process involves a lot, like completing my immunization, having my international passport, and other paper and health work. Although, the travel itself was short, but the experience is amazingly remarkable. POWERFUL FEELING OF BEING TWO

For some reason I woke up yesterday feeling so powerful. I couldn't understand the feeling until I realized it was actually my birthday! whatever that means. Yay! it was my second birthday! I felt so powerful perhaps because of the surprising early morning 'happy birthday' song by Nonyelum's choir group led by my adorable mom with my daddy and great grandma as members. Maybe because it was my day, maybe not, maybe because of milestones I accomplished. Maybe not. Regardless of the reason behind the feeling, I am sure I exceeded all my milestones and that alone could not have been more fun without growing older by a way of adding another year! Yes! a day to celebrate just me, I guess that's what birthday means.
